透過上述在實務應用上的探討與思考的議題，研究者希望能引領對網路教學有興趣或想將其運用於日常教學上的小學教師，重新檢視自我所擁有或是缺乏的資源，並參考本文所列之各項實質考慮要素。只要教師們能認清科技特質，掌握教育理念及本質，有效管理知識，並結合教育與科技二者之特性，相信無論科技進步如何神速，教師們仍然輕鬆遨遊於教育與科技結合的網路教學時代。The development of the Internet and information technology changed rapidly. It has a lot of characteristics. Hence, It has been extensively used in many fields. In the applications of education, many elementary school teachers try to integrate the Interne t technology into the classroom. However, before integrating the Internet technology into the classroom, we should clarify and discuss the problems and characteristics of web-based learning environment. Otherwise, it may cause computer anxieties and affects the effectiveness of applying the Internet technology into the classroom.
The purpose of this study is to scrutinize the main issues of the applications of web-based instruction in the elementary schools. These issues include: the definition and the selection of web-based instructional system, the roles of the teachers should play, the issues of integrating the Internet technology into teaching, the construction of professional learning community for elementary school teachers, the application of knowledge management in the web-based instruction.
Based on the investigation and reflection on the above issues, the researchers firmly believe that if elementary school teachers comprehend and shed light on the characteristics of technology and the beliefs of education, he (she) can integrate the technology into the classroom effortlessly and confidently.
